A Nice Up Day in the Market - RSI Has a Few Stock Picks

Today in the market, Friday May 30, 2008:  As we close out the week and the trading month stocks ended in positive territory.  A good week overall and a good week too.  The relentless rise off the March market bottom continues.

RSI’s Themes:  The modification has resulted in no ETF/CEF picks and only two stock picks...too few for any trend to be decoded.  I might have to take a hard look at the mods to see if I can glean any good fund candidates.  The long spell of a lack of falling knife candidates continues.  On the positive side, both of the stock picks are a great demonstration of price breakouts.  How to go RSI!

Stocks Medium Volatility:

  • HEW - Hewitt Associates, Inc.
  • LKQX - LKQ Corp

Other than the fact that these two stocks observe good Hurst Channel characteristics, plus all the other positive RSI attributes, I really don't have any opinion on either of these two stocks.  So you take a look at them and decide.

Have a good weekend...bye.
